Looking for a good Irish name.....?
I have a skiff called Liffey named after a river in the Isle of Mists.

Some other names I like are:

An Faoiléan means "The seagull"

Iolar na Mara means "Eagle of the Sea"

Reply:I coached soccer to a little boy name Lorca once. =)
Reply:Shannon O sounds Irish to me.
Reply:"Marcella", it was my mother's name, I always thought it was "Italian" but, I'm informed that it is very IRISH by a fellow "Harp", we just had a new daughter, her name is "Marcella", the name rolls off the tongue nicely, doesn't it ?
Reply:Dulaman. It means a seaweed that was commonly harvested for food during the famine. There is even a lovely song about it.
Reply:Four-leaf Clover

You do know that its bad luck to rename a ship to another name don't you?
