What is the politically correct name for the drink "Irish Car Bomb"?

Well we all know St. Patty's Day is coming, and at a recent interview I attended of Flogging Molly (Irish rock band) someone ask if they liked Irish Car Bombs. And by no surprised they were insulted. I looked everywhere to find a better name and can't find one. So does anybody know the politically correct term that could be widely used like its previous insulting name?

What is the politically correct name for the drink "Irish Car Bomb"?
Is that the one with whisky and baileys dropped into guinness? Never had one and it sounds hideous. Don't think I've ever seen one in Ireland, wouldn't take offence if I heard anyone asking for one either though. I've seen people drinking something similar called Jaegerbombs - jaegermeister shots dropped into beer, and there's another one like that called depth charges, some kind of shot dropped into cider I think.
Reply:you could call it a car bomb so it isn't so race specific....I am going to see flogging molly on Saturday...I go to Irish pubs all the time and I drink a lot of car bombs, and I have never heard of anyone being insulted. Irish car bombs are one of my favorite drinks, I get one almost every time I go out....so I am interested in seeing if they have a "politically correct" name.
