shes grey and has a fab way of making people laugh
What would you name an irish draught horse if you put her into a stud book?
Hey - if you do a google search for horses names you'll find some helpful websites where if you type in laugh - they'll bring up a list of names kinda referring to that and match it with other words. I recently had to register one of my horses - so some names Id come up with but didnt go with are as follows if you'd like any of them:
Platnium splash
Komatsu Queen
Optic Illusion
Reply:name her what ever you want, she will come to you anyway as shes your horse
Reply:paddys guinness lol
Reply:so ur looking to breed ur mare, her registered name would be most appropriate. or just keep looking through the stud book n ur more likely to find stallions that you would like to breed her with.
Reply:i would definately use her show name which is normally the one on her passport i would also put down the name of her dad and her mum you never know they could be famous
Reply:Jester's Queen
Storm Runner
*your stable's name or breeder ie 'Hungerstone'* Jester
ect
Reply:The Laughing Ghost
Reply:"Paddy" or "Spud" sounds a bit classy!
Reply:Well it would depend upon her sire and dam of course, but I like Rosie McCrary....
Reply:Gerty Ahearn
Reply:mackies slow settler
Reply:SMILEY GREY or GUINNESS RUN
Reply:Sheer Geniuss

Pls could any one type into old irish gaelic the name Keeva-Leigh i know the original name is caoimhe ?
You're right, it's Caoimhe. Leigh isn't an Irish name so it can't be translated.

Caoimhe is right
Leigh.. well.. what would be the closest would be Lagen or even L铆och (for Leah)... Leigh isn't really an Irish name so it's hard.

Life is hard enough for a child....please think long and hard before naming your child something difficult to pronounce (unless of course, you live in Ireland and those names are known/common there).

Name and mention the significance of a radio programme aired in 1920s in which an Irish American widow acted ?
In 1930, the manager of Chicago radio station WGN approached first a detergent company and then a margarine manufacturer with a proposal for a new type of program: a daily, fifteen-minute serialized drama set in the home of an Irish-American widow and her young unmarried daughter. Irna Phillips, who had recently left her job as a speech teacher to try her hand at radio, was assigned to write Painted Dreams, as the show was called, and play two of its three regular parts. The plots Phillips wrote revolved around morning conversations "Mother" Moynihan had with her daughter and their female boarder before the two young women went to their jobs at a hotel.
Basically, it is the precursor to the modern day Soap Operas
